 e or renewal of an endorsement as\nOperator of Uninspected Passenger Vesse
 ls of less than 100 GRT upon Inland waters\nrestricted to Lake of the Wood
 s\, Rainy River\, Rainy Lake\, Kabetogama Lake\, Namakan \nLake\, Sand Poi
 nt Lake\, and Crane Lake of Minnesota as provided by MSU Duluth in the\nMe
 morandum dated 20 Oct 2017 under the authority of 46 CFR 11.467(g)(2).\n 	
 This course does not satisfy any sea service requirements.\n 	A course cer
 tificate may be used for one application which results in the issuance of 
 an\nendorsement and may not be used for any application transactions there
