  of Uninspected Passenger Vessel) (NWEMAT-340) course within one year of a
 pplication will satisfy:\n\n 	The examination requirements of 46 CFR 11.20
 1(j)(1) for original issuance\, 46 CFR 10. 227(e) (1)(iii) for renewal\, a
 nd 46 CFR 10.227(i) for reissuance for the following endorsement:\n\n 	 O
 perator of Uninspected Passenger Vessels (OUPV) (Near Coastal\, or Great L
 akes &amp\;\nInland\, or Inland Waters).\n\n\n\n\n 	This course does not s
 atisfy any sea service requirements.\n 	A course certificate may be used f
 or one application which results in the issuance of an\nendorsement and ma
 y not be used for any application transactions thereafter\n\n\n\n\n***All 
 funds are non-refundable*** - If something were to arise where you cannot
