 n endorsement as\nOperator of Uninspected Passenger Vessels of less than 1
 00 GRT upon Inland waters\nrestricted to Lake of the Woods\, Rainy River\,
  Rainy Lake\, Kabetogama Lake\, Namakan \nLake\, Sand Point Lake\, and Cra
 ne Lake of Minnesota as provided by MSU Duluth in the\nMemorandum dated 20
  Oct 2017 under the authority of 46 CFR 11.467(g)(2).\n 	This course does 
 not satisfy any sea service requirements.\n 	A course certificate may be u
