DESCRIPTION:Any applicant who has successfully completed OUPV (Restricted t
 o Inland Rivers and\nLakes of Minnesota) (NWEMAT-584) course within one ye
 ar of application will satisfy:\n\n 	The examination requirements for orig
 inal issuance or renewal of an endorsement as\nOperator of Uninspected Pas
 senger Vessels of less than 100 GRT upon Inland waters\nrestricted to Lak
 e of the Woods\, Rainy River\, Rainy Lake\, Kabetogama Lake\, Namakan\nLak
 e\, Sand Point Lake\, and Crane Lake of Minnesota as provided by MSU Dulu
 th in the\nMemorandum dated 20 Oct 2017 under the authority of 46 CFR 11.4
 67(g)(2).\n 	This course does not satisfy any sea service requirements.\n 
 	A course certificate may be used for one application which results in the
  issuance of an\nendorsement and may not be used for any application trans
 actions thereafter\n\n\n\n\n***All funds are non-refundable*** – If some
