  issuance\, 46 CFR 10. 227(e) (1)(iii) for renewal\, and 46 CFR 10.227(i) 
 for reissuance for the following endorsement:\n\n 	 Operator of Uninspect
 ed Passenger Vessels (OUPV) (Near Coastal\, or Great Lakes &amp\;\nInland\
 , or Inland Waters).\n\n\n\n\n 	This course does not satisfy any sea servi
