 FORE BOOKING YOUR TRIP OR CLASS\nTHIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A WAIV
 ER OF CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS\n\nBy accepting the charges for your trip\, you
  agree to this release &amp\; waiver when booking your trips with Northern
  Water Excursions LLC.\n\nIn consideration for being permitted to particip
 ate in the activities coordinated with Northern Water Excursions LLC. I ag
 ree to the following waiver and release:\n\nI acknowledge that fishing/boa
 ting/hiking/classes has inherent risks\, hazards\, and dangers for anyone 
 that cannot be eliminated\, particularly in a wilderness environment. I un
 derstand that these risks\, hazards\, and dangers include without limitati
 on:\n\n 	Water hazards in boating and wading in the rivers including drown
 ing\;\n2. Hiking in rugged country\;\n3. Injuries from fishing equipment a
 nd other participants\;\n4. Encounters with wildlife\, animals\, and insec
 ts\;\n5. Temperature extremes\;\n6. Inclement weather conditions and unava
 ilability of immediate medical attention in the wilderness in case of inju
 ry.\n\nI understand the risks\, hazards\, and dangers of fishing and have 
 had the opportunity to discuss them with my guide and outfitter. I underst
 and that these activities may require good physical conditioning and a deg
 ree of skill and knowledge. I believe I have good physical conditioning an
 d the degree of skill and knowledge necessary for me to engage in these ac
 tivities safely. I understand that I have responsibilities. My participati
 on in this activity is purely voluntary. No one is forcing me to participa
 te and I elect to participate in spite of the risks. I am voluntarily usin
 g the services of this outfitter/guide with full knowledge of the inherent
  risks\, hazards\, and dangers involved and hereby assume and accept any a
 nd all risks of injury\, paralysis\, or death.\n\nLastly\, I\, for myself\
 , my heirs\, successors\, executors\, and subrogates\, hereby knowingly an
 d intentionally waive and release\, indemnify and hold harmless my assigne
 d guide and outfitting company\, their directors\, officers\, agents\, emp
 loyees and volunteers from and against any and all claims\, actions\, caus
 es of action\, liabilities\, suits\, expenses (including reasonable attorn
 eys’ fees) which are related to\, arise out of\, or are in any way conne
 cted with my participation in this activity including\, but not limited to
 \, negligence of any kind or nature\, whether foreseen or unforeseen\, ar
 ising indirectly or directly out of any damage\, loss\, injury\, paralysis
 \, or death to me or my property as a result of my engaging in these activ
 ities or the use of these services\, animals\, or equipment\, whether such
  damage\, loss\, injury paralysis\, or death results from negligence of my
  chosen/assigned guide/outfitter\, or from some other cause. I\, for mysel
 f\, my heirs\, my successors\, executors and subrogates\, further agree no
 t to sue any entity\, business\, employee\, guide\, volunteer or outfitter
  associated with my activity/trip. Injury\, paralysis\, or death suffered 
 in connection with my use and participation in the activities of this outf
 itter/guide/company is solely my responsibility.\n\nI have read carefully\
 , clearly understand\, and by voluntarily paying this deposit is clarifica
 tion and acknowledgment\, as a result of this acknowledgment my payment is
  providing an electronic signature of this waiver and release agreement.
